Eumom had been one of Ireland’s leading parenting platforms since 2000, but its name did not realise or express its brand mission – to support, empower and connect every mum.
A rebrand was necessary – but a rebrand of an 18-year-old digital-first, content-rich website and community on this scale is not without its risks or challenges, as it threatens key stakeholder relationships, consumer awareness, trust metrics and access through SEO, social and email traffic.
Nonetheless, in 2018, armed with a robust strategic plan and belief in our mission, Zahra developed the everymum brand name, logo, identity and strategic position with careful precision. The rebrand was then activated with an omni-channel content marketing, distribution and creative campaign that not only achieved its objectives, but elevated everymum’s awareness, membership, insights and social engagement – so much so that, today, everymum is Ireland’s fastest growing and most engaged parenting platform in Ireland.
