Account Executive

If you have two to three years experience in an agency and are looking to progress your career, while gaining valuable client service experience with some of Ireland’s leading brands, then read on….

We need a high-performing account executive to look after key clients in Zahra Media Group’s busy Content Agency, covering 9 months maternity leave.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, professional individual who can manage several projects simultaneously to tight deadlines. This person works well under pressure and will have hands-on involvement with every project.

An energetic, proactive person who does what it takes to get the job done. Responsive to client requests with a keen eye on building relationships.

Experience working in an agency setting is required. Experience in writing is essential.


Main day-to-day point of contact at Zahra for clients, liaising with clients, making amends on jobs, securing sign-off and updating schedules

Maintain relationship with client organisations

Attend meetings, take client briefings

Draft creative briefs and brief the Creative Services team in Zahra Media Group

Develop and implement project plans including milestones and timelines

Sourcing, briefing and budget management of third party suppliers

Project Management and delivery

Tracking and presenting campaign results

Deliver projects from design-led projects, video content creating, writing articles and blogs, event support, to print management and digital-first projects.

Skills required:

  • MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Social Media skills
  • WordPress/Hubspot
  • InDesign (preferable but not essential)
  • Writing
  • Proofing
